Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the vo2 platform operating under the domain vo2.wine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the vo2 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please notify our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the vo2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). vo2 supports a range of local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Deposits are typically credited within minutes of transaction confirmation.
Vo2 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or digital wallet providers. Users are advised to keep records of all transactions for reference purposes.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Vo2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any of the terms set out in this document. This action may be taken under the following circumstances:
- Fraud, or the use of false information during registration or verification.
- Use of multiple accounts or attempts to manipulate the bonus system.
- Activities suspected of involving money laundering or other illicit transactions.
- Users found to be under 18 years of age using the platform.
- A voluntary account closure request made by the user.
In cases where an account is closed due to fraud, the account balance may be forfeited in full without compensation. For voluntary closures or closures due to technical reasons, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all reviews have been completed.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the vo2 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels under Malaysian jurisdiction.
